We have chosen to work in the negotiated marketplace on a design/build basis. In the past six years, we have completed over 80 projects of all sizes as design/build contracts. The majority of these were cost-plus-fee agreement with a guaranteed maximum cost for the project. It is our experience that design/build construction almost always delivers a project more quickly than the conventional bid process. Most owners prefer the "single point of responsibility" of this process. In addition, the up-front coordination required on a design/build project makes for a smoother running job and more satisfied clients upon completion. In addition to design/build projects, Romeo Guest can also provide site feasibility analysis and managed construction.
